Chapoutier, one of the Rhone’s most renowned wineries, ventures east to Provence’s luminous Luberon. Naturally, the Romans are credited with establishing the region’s viticulture. So, Chapoutier simply follows the adage: all roads lead to wine. And voila! The Rhone interloper proves how fine a wine can be crafted here from grapes that might not roll right off your tongue but roll down it easily enough.
This generous blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Ugni Blanc, and Roussanne serves as the lustrous yet logical step beyond Pinot Gris and unoaked Chardonnay for those enjoying wines with definite body and definitely no new oak.

An aromatic wonderland. Wafts of cold melon, fruit peel, white flower and a hint of mineral lift and drift. This dry, glass-smooth white glides in the mouth delivering luscious yellow fruit flavors like peach and other stone fruits. Ripe, sensuous texture shimmers on the palate thanks to a deft pull of fine, balanced acidity. Depth, expansive flavors, and refreshingly clean.
