Enter quality-ambitious winemakers like Planeta and a good dose of the Nero d’Avola grape. Exit with some ravishing red wine. Planeta’s La Segreta Rosso won’t be the secret red for long if we have anything to do with it.

Evocative aromas of rosemary, smoke, dried herbs and fruit begin the trip. Deep, dark plum and black cherry flavors dive across the palate tinged with herb and smoky spice hints. This vibrant red deliciously ensconces the palate, showing a real core. Extremely balanced and delivering full carry-through. Impressive length. EXTRAORDINARY BUY
