Roederer Champagne’s history dates back to 1776 and they remain independent as a family-owned wine concern. Roederer embraces the fuller style, using 60% of the black grapes (Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier) and even matures small portions of wine in barrel. Roederer Brut Premier represents one of the tastiest non-vintage Champagne available, now available at a scandalously low price. This is one brut you want at your table with great frequency. Quote
Pale gold hue seemingly reflects the forthcoming richness. A variety of aromas unwind like macadamia, apple turnover, and macaroon. Generously expressive and expansive on the palate, suggesting flavors of apples, nuts, and biscuit. This ample Champagne so marvelously crests and refreshes back palate, leaving a sensuous trail of flavor. This Champagne is very lively with a very fine, persistent bead. EXCELLENT
