This wonderful Tempranillo does not sacrifice flavor to be kosher. The nose is reminiscent of a somewhat tart cherry pie. The wine is dry with plenty of plum & ripe cherry fruit with a hint of earth & tobacco. Celebrate the holidays with a moist brisket & this dry, full-bodied wine.
